If your gadget arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, don’t panic, we’ve got you covered.
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if it meets any of the following conditions:
The item is defective or damaged on arrival
You received the wrong item or model
The item is unused and still in its original packaging
To start the process, simply email us at Returns@veritytechhub.com or call our support line. Our team will guide you through the return steps and arrange for pickup or drop-off.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you can choose between:
A replacement for the same item, or
A refund processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: We can’t accept returns on used products or items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
