Returns + Exchanges
At Verity Tech Hub, we want you to love every gadget you buy from us. But if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right. This page explains how deliveries, returns, and exchanges work so you know exactly what to expect.
Delivery
Once your order is confirmed, we process and ship it within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Within Bayelsa: Expect delivery in 1–2 business days
Nationwide (Nigeria): 3–5 business days
International Orders: 7–10 business days
You’ll receive tracking details once your package is on the way, so you can monitor every step until it arrives at your doorstep.
Tip: Double-check your delivery address before checkout to avoid any delays or misdeliveries.
Returns
If your gadget arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, don’t panic, we’ve got you covered.
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if it meets any of the following conditions:
The item is defective or damaged on arrival
You received the wrong item or model
The item is unused and still in its original packaging
To start the process, simply email us at Returns@veritytechhub.com or call our support line. Our team will guide you through the return steps and arrange for pickup or drop-off.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you can choose between:
A replacement for the same item, or
A refund processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: We can’t accept returns on used products or items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
